All apartments are double-frontage with two yards, the lower one to the east, facing the swimming pool and the garden and the upper one to the west, facing the street, the on-site parking space and the hill of Chora; and a balcony, offering a relaxing view of the sea.

The entrance of each apartment is at the upper floor, also containing a fully equipped kitchen, a living room -with a sofa-bed – and a bathroom –with a shower unit-.

The ground floor consists of the master bedroom and a bathroom –with a bath tub or shower unit.

All rooms have air-conditioning, heating and energy saving fireplace.
